If your Mobal SIM card has been deactivated due to the payment method being invalid, please login to your Mobal online account (MyAccount) to update your billing information.
When we have received your update, your SIM card will be reactivated within 1-2 business days.
If your Mobal SIM card has been deactivated for any other reason, please contact our customer support team directly and we will be able to assist you with your activation request.
