I just paid for a top-up. Why hasn’t my balance been updated?
If you recently transferred funds to complete a top-up, please be advised that it can take up to two business days for your account balance to be updated.
If your balance hasn’t updated after this time however, please contact your bank to ensure that the transfer was sent to the correct account.
If your balance does not increase after two business days however (and your bank has confirmed that the transaction was sent to the correct account), please send an email to our customer support team hello@mobalpay.com and we will look into this further for you!
If you completed a top-up using cash at a convenience store, your account balance should be updated in a few seconds. If this is not the case please email our customer support.
