Why was there a ¥385 deduction from my top-up amount?
Please be advised that the ¥385 charge is the subscription fee for your MobalPay card.
If there are insufficient funds on your card when we attempt to take the payment, the fee will just be deducted as soon as the funds become available.
Your subscription fee will be billed on the same date each month from the point of activation. For cards activated on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month however, the subscription fee will be billed on the 1st of each month.
