You can add funds to your MobalPay balance in these ways:
Cash at a Convenience Store (recommended)
Cash Card or Bank Book at an ATM in a convenience store or bank

However you choose to top up, you’ll need your Account Number and MobalPay bank details, which can be found in your MobalPay MyAccount.
For bank transfers, there is a delay from when you make your top-up payment to when we receive your funds from the bank. Because of this, it takes up to two business days before your payment gets into your MobalPay account. We will send you an email when your payment is in your MobalPay account.
