You can now pay your bill by cash in 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Mini Stop, and Seicomart convenience stores by getting yourself a MobalPay payment card!
Our sister business MobalPay is a prepaid Mastercard designed by expats, for expats. It can be topped up using cash at convenience stores, and then used just like any other Mastercard for payments online and in store – including Mobal! It’s open to anyone with a valid Residence Card.
To find out all about switching to MobalPay cash payments, head into your Mobal MyAccount. Go to Services > More Information and scroll down to the Billing Details section.
Click the How To Pay By Cash button, and follow the instructions to get your MobalPay card, and start paying your Mobal bill using cash.
