How much does the monthly fee cost?
The monthly service fee for your MobalPay card will be chargeable at a rate of ¥385 per month.
The monthly subscription fees are billed on the same day each month from the original activation date.
For cards that are activated on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month however, your subscription fee will be billed on the 1st of each month.
What if I have insufficient funds / the charge is declined?
If there are insufficient funds for the transaction or if the charge is declined, we will debit the fee the next time you top-up.
Please note that making a late payment will not change your original payment date (and so you will still be charged on the original date for future charges).
