How long will my MobalPay card remain valid for?
Your MobalPay card will remain valid for a maximum of 7 years. The expiration date is printed on the front of your card.
We will contact you before your card is due to expire to give you the opportunity to order a new card and transfer any existing balance that remains.
If you do not apply for a new card before the original card expires, your service will be canceled.
