If I have ordered a new MobalPay card, what will happen to the old card’s balance?

If you order a new card from the MobalPay site, your balance will not be transferred.

If you wish to transfer the balance from your old card, please make sure to place your order through My Account.

Follow the steps below to order your new card:

  1. Log in to My Account

  2. Select “Freeze card” from “Report Lost or Stolen”

  3. Order a new card via “Replace Your Card”
