To update your billing information, please login to your online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount
1. Click on the Account button/tab as shown below:
2. Scroll down to the section titled Payment Methods and click on the Select all lines check box to select all services.
3. Click on the Update Payment & Address Details
4. Click on the MobalPay icon, and please fill out the information.
5. Click on the “Submit”
Please make sure you have enough balance to cover the bill.
