What should I do if my card has been lost or stolen?
If your MobalPay card has been lost or stolen, please login to your online account (MyAccount) to submit a suspension request by clicking on the button below:
Once you have logged in to your account, you can then visit the “Freeze Card” section from your account. Please ensure you use this method to suspend your service and DO NOT report your card lost or stolen via email.
This will then allow you to temporarily suspend / freeze until you find your card. If you are able to locate the card, you can login to your account and visit the same section to reactivate your card.
If the card cannot be located however, you can order a replacement and transfer your remaining balance to the replacement card (as long as the original card has not yet been terminated or expired).
Please note that while your card is suspended, you will still continue to incur the monthly subscription fee for your MobalPay service.
