When using our Cash At Convenience Store top-up service, it can sometimes be useful to refer back to your receipt after completing your top-up.
It’s simple to find your receipt, but as it’s generated by our Japanese Payment partners MyPayment, most of the information is displayed in Japanese. Below, you’ll find a handy guide to finding your top-up receipt, and translations of anything you might not be familiar with.
The below steps will only work on mobile devices, not desktop.
How To Find Your Transaction Details and Receipt
You can access a transaction receipt by clicking the same ‘MyPayment’ button that you clicked in your top-up email. Instead of displaying the payment barcode that it will have displayed when you made your top-up, it will now display the details of your transaction.
The screen you’ll see will look something like this (we’ve added a key to the information displayed in Japanese):
- Reference Number
- Company Name (Mobell)
- Contact Details (support@mobalpay.com)
- Item Description
- Paid amount
- Paid Convenience Store (where you made your top-up)
- Paid date
The above information will display for 3 months after you make your top-up.
How To Download Your Receipt
For 7 days after your top-up, you can also download a copy for your receipt to your device. To do this, follow the same steps as above. If it’s less than 7 days since your top-up, this button will also be displayed on the screen, in addition to the information shown above. It’ll take you to a downloadable receipt, which we’ve provided a key to the information on below:
- Issued Date
- Issuer Name (Mobell)
- Item
- Paid amount
- Paid Time & Date
- Reference Number
