Pre-Paid cards not accepted?
Please note that there may be certain merchants or websites that will not accept pre-paid cards as a payment method.
For example, a pre-paid card cannot be used in a petrol station or to make payments for utility bills.
Unfortunately, this is out of our control but we do of course apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
Billing information not accepted?
If a payment fails, please ensure that you have entered the correct details for your MobalPay card.
The card number and the expiration date can be found on the front of your card and the security code (the “CVC2”) is located on the back of the card.
When making a payment through websites that accept pre-paid cards, please also ensure that you enter your surname as “MOBALPAY” and that you enter your first name as “MEMBER”.
Insufficient balance?
If pre-paid cards are accepted / the correct information has been entered but the payment still fails, please ensure that your remaining balance is sufficient.

If the remaining funds are not sufficient, you can then top-up your account to resolve the issue.
