Due to a recent update, you can now request permanent disconnection of your SIM card directly through your Mobal online account (MyAccount).
After logging in to your online account, please click on the “Termination” button shown below –
You will then be taken to a new screen where you can submit your termination request. Please select the phone number(s) that you would like to terminate, choose your last day of service and select a reason for the termination request.
After completing all of the sections highlighted in red, please click the “Submit” button.
Please note that if you submit a termination request, your SIM card will be permanently disconnected and you will not be given the option to reactivate the SIM card again.
