Cancellation Requests

When you are ready to terminate your Wi-Fi service, please login to your Mobal online account to submit a cancellation request: MyAccount

 

Instructions

Once you have logged in to your account, please click on the services tab (located at the top of the page) and then click on the “More Information” button next to the relevant service as highlighted below:

On the next screen, you can then click on the “Cancel Service” button (located in the “Service” section) to view the termination request form.

You will then be taken to a new screen where you can select your “Cancellation Month” (the service will be terminated at the end of the chosen month) and the “Reason For Cancellation”.

After making your selection in each of the sections highlighted below, please click on the “Cancel Service” button.

Polite notice:

Please note that termination requests are processed on the last day of the selected month.

Termination requests must be received by the 20th of the month to be processed at the end of the current month.

If you are making your request after the 20th, your termination request will not take effect until the end of the following month.

If you terminate your service prior to completing the 3 month contract (by paying for 3 months of service) however, please be advised that you will be charged a termination fee of ¥3,000 for ending your contract early.
