What Happens to Your Remaining Balance
If there is a remaining balance on your card after April 27, 2026, we can transfer it as credit to your Mobal SIM account and apply it to your monthly charges. Please note that it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account.
If you wish to transfer your remaining balance to your Mobal SIM account, please complete the balance transfer application via MobalPay My Account between on May 10, 2026 00:00 and August 8, 2026 23:59.
If you do not wish to transfer the balance, please submit a refund request through MobalPay My Account during the same period. For more details, please read “Refunds for Remaining Balance” in “If you do not use Mobal SIM services” section.
How will you bill me for my Mobal service in the future?
From May 1, 2026, we will send your monthly Mobal SIM bill by email. Please follow Cash Payment Guide to make your payment at a convenience store and settle the bill within 10 days of receiving it.
Alternatively, you can pay by another VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB credit card, or PayPal. To do this, please log in to your Mobal MyAccount and update your payment method.
