Refunds for Remaining Balances
If you still have a balance after the service ends, you can request a refund between on May 10, 2026 00:00 and August 8, 2026 23:59. Refunds will be issued by August 31, 2026 using the method below:
- Postal money order sent to your Japanese address.
The refund process is in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act of Japan. Please note that if a refund request is not submitted within the above period, you will be excluded from the refund procedure in accordance with the Payment Services Act.
After the service termination date, we will send you more information about how to apply for a refund if you have a remaining balance.
