What We Request You Do:
Use the remaining balance on your card before April 27, 2026. Many customers find it convenient to use the balance by purchasing Amazon gift cards.
Check and update your contact details to ensure we can reach you.
Remove MobalPay as a payment method if it is registered for recurring payments (e.g., utilities).
No need to cancel your account yourself. We will close it automatically after the service ends.
