Can the remaining balance from my MobalPay card be returned to me?
Any money you have added to your MobalPay balance cannot be returned to you. If you want to cancel your service, we advise that you spend any remaining balance before doing so.
If you do not wish to use all of your remaining balance before canceling, we will donate any remaining funds to our charities.
