How do I terminate my MobalPay card?

If you want to terminate your card permanently, please visit MyAccount and terminate the card by following the below steps.

1. Report Lost or Stolen > Freeze Card

2. Visit Report Lost or Stolen again >Permanently Cancel Card > Choose cancel reason and click “Cancel Service”

Here are some important points to keep in mind when cancelling your service.

*Please ensure that you have used all of your balance first as any unused balance will be lost once you have terminated the card.
*Please note that you don’t need to return your card. If you no longer require the card, please cut it and dispose of it appropriately.
*Please make sure to remove MobalPay as a registered payment method from any services before canceling your account.
If the card remains registered (e.g. for utility bills or subscription services), there is a risk that charges may still be incurred even after cancellation.
