How long does it take to receive a refund after I cancel a transaction?
This will depend on the merchant, so if you are not sure how long the refund will take to process, you’re best to query this directly with the merchant.
Once we have received confirmation from the merchant that the transaction has been fully canceled / the refund has been processed, the balance for your MobalPay card will be updated.
You can keep track of your balance in your MobalPay MyAccount.
