I’ve used my card but would like to cancel a transaction. How do I do this?

To cancel a transaction, you will be required to contact the merchant directly as we would not be able to assist you with this.

Once the merchant has confirmed the transaction has been canceled / refunded, the balance on your online account (MyAccount) will be updated.
