Why can’t I see the refund for an order that was canceled?
If you have canceled an order that was placed using your MobalPay card but you are unable to see the refund, please contact the merchant that was used to ensure that the refund was processed successfully.
As soon as we have received the cancelation request / refund confirmation from the merchant, your balance will be updated.
You can check your current balance directly from your online account (MyAccount):
