To enhance security and improve our services, system maintenance is performed regularly, both on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.

During these maintenance periods, some features of “My Account” may be temporarily unavailable.
Examples include:

  • Viewing usage history

  • Suspending / Reactivating card

  • Checking your PIN code

  • Viewing your balance

Additionally, if you top up your card via convenience store payment during a maintenance period, the balance will be reflected on the next business day.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
