If you moved after your ID approved, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one. This is because the shipping address and the address on your ID need to be matched.
After registering your updated address, please re-apply through our website using your updated ID. Once your new card arrives and is activated, we will credit ¥440 as free balance to your account if you previously paid the setup fee for your first order.
