The “PDP Authentication Failure” is usually due to the APN Profile not being installed correctly.
To resolve your issue please;
1) Go to Settings – Cellular and make sure to select your Mobal eSIM for Mobile Data and as the default voice line
2) Go to Settings – General – VPN & Device management and delete anything listed
3) Reboot your phone
4) Using Safari, click on the link below to download our APN Profile or click here.
5) Go to Settings – General – VPN & Device Management – Select the Mobal/Hanacell Profile and select install
If you continue to see the PDP Authentication error – Please Reset your network settings by going to Settings – General – Reset – Reset network settings and then repeat steps 1-5
