If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mobal Phone/SIM, you can take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee!

Simply send an email to returns@mobal.com within seven days of receipt and tell us why you are not satisfied.

After receiving your request, we will send you an email containing return instructions and provided you do not owe us for any usage charges (calls, text messages), we will refund the sale price when the item has been returned to us.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable and the package you received from Mobal must be returned complete (including any batteries, chargers, leads, manuals etc.) in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.


What if the Phone/SIM was received over seven days ago?

The Money Back Guarantee covers seven days from receipt so you would no longer be able to return the Phone/SIM under this option. This does not affect the 12 month warranty (covering manufacturing defects), so if the Phone/SIM was defective we would assist accordingly.
