Please be advised that the account holder “Name” field within your Mobal online account (MyAccount) cannot be edited. This is because the original account holder will remain the account holder for life.
This is to prevent long term problems on the account and issues surrounding the possibility of someone else being able to view your personal information (such as call listings and payment records).
If you need to alter your name (such as changing your maiden name to your married name) however, our support team can assist you with this. In these circumstances, please send an email to email@example.com and include your current name, the alterations needed and your Mobal phone number / billing address. We will then process this update on your behalf!
