We may contact you periodically via email once your order has been placed. However, the first few emails you will receive from us are very important!
1. Order Confirmation Email
This will contain a full summary of the order for your records. It will contain an order confirmation number (which can be used as a reference if you need to contact us) and full details of the items ordered / the shipping information you provided.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us as this may indicate that your order has failed (or that you have entered your email address incorrectly). We can then investigate the issue and provide you with further assistance!
2. Tracking Reference Email
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking reference (if one is available with the selected shipping option) so that you can keep yourself updated on the progress of your order.
3. Invitation to Online Billing
When your order has been fully processed and your account has been created, we will send you an email containing instructions for accessing your Mobal online account (MyAccount).
Your online account can be used to view / update your billing information, to view details of your service and to view a breakdown of any charges you have received so far.
