If you have recently contacted us about an issue on your account and a refund has been applied, please note that refunds can take 7-10 business days before they are returned to your account. 

If after 10 business days you still can’t see your refund, please contact us and we can tell you the date the refund was completed.  You can then check your account for the refund around the given date.  If you still can’t see the refund, we would recommend that you ask your payment provider to check for it on your behalf.

If your payment provider confirms that they can’t see the refund, please contact our credit control team via email and we will be able to look into this further for you –
