Simply send an email to returns@mobal.com within seven days of receipt and tell us a brief reason why you wish to return it.

After receiving your request, we will send you an email confirming the next steps to return the unused SIM card for a refund.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable.


What if the SIM was received over seven days ago?

The Money Back Guarantee covers seven days from receipt so you would no longer be able to return the SIM under this option.
