If required, you can now purchase additional call / data bundles for your ‘Mobal World’ SIM directly through your Mobal online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount
Please note that your SIM card must be active before you will be given the option to purchase an additional bundle.
Once you have logged in to your account, please visit the “Services” section and then click on the “More Information” button next to the relevant service as shown in the image below.
On the next screen, scroll down to the section titled “Additional Extras” and ensure that you have selected the “Call & Data Bundles” tab.
You can then click on either the “Call Bundle” button or the “Data Bundle” to make your selection.
Once you have chosen the bundle you would like to add and the date you would like the bundle to take effect, you can then click on the “Apply” button to submit your request.
