If you have added a data bundle to your ‘Mobal World’ SIM card and you are not yet able to access cellular data, please follow the instructions below to ensure that your device is set up correctly.
Please ensure that you enable ‘Mobile Data’, ‘Data Roaming’ and that you enable 4G LTE connections within the settings menu as shown in the guide below:

If you have gone through the settings above but you are unable to access cellular data, it may be that your device has failed to automatically install the APN (Access Point Name) profile settings that are required for internet access.
To resolve this issue, please connect your iPhone handset to Wi-Fi (when available) and then open the “Safari” browser on your device (please do not use any other alternative web browsers).
Once you have opened the “Safari” browser, please tap on the button below:
This will then take you to a page where you can download and install the correct APN profile on your device.
Once the profile has been installed, please ensure that the ‘Mobile / Cellular Data’ feature is still enabled on your device and then retest the connection. If you are still unable to access cellular, please reboot your device and retest the connection again.
If there are any ongoing issues, we would recommend that you reset the network settings on your iPhone and then reboot your device before going through the settings above again.
On most iPhone handsets, you can locate this option by going to:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
If these instructions are incorrect however, you may need to refer to a user guide for the specific model of iPhone (and the version of the iOS) that you are currently using.
