Account Closure:
If your Mobal service has been fully terminated and you would like to close your Mobal Account, simply send an email to our support team at: support@mobal.com
Your email should include your Mobal account details (such as your Mobal Phone Number / SIM Serial Number or your Order Confirmation Number) and the reason for the closure of the account. We will then arrange for your Mobal account to be closed and you will receive a confirmation via email. For security purposes, please also ensure that your message originates from the email address associated with your Mobal account.
If you have not yet terminated your Mobal service(s) however, you will be required to do this before your account can be closed.

Please be advised that all of the phones that we sell are brand new (we do not offer pre-owned or refurbished handsets) and so we do not offer this as an option.
As the phone was a purchase, you are welcome to sell, donate or recycle your device. However, please note that the SIM card is non-transferable (another user cannot create a Mobal account using your SIM card) and so you should destroy / dispose of the SIM card (once the service has been terminated) if you have no intention of using it again.
