Billing Information:
Once you have paid for the initial purchase of your eSIM, there will be no additional charges.
This is a pre-paid data only eSIM and so there is also no need to update the payment method on your Mobal online account (MyAccount).
As this is a pre-paid service, please be advised that it is not possible to extend your service duration. Your eSIM will be permanently disconnected once it has reached the 8/16/31 day service duration and so you would be required to purchase additional SIM cards to extend the service duration further.
If you have other active Mobal SIM services (that operate with ongoing service fees) however, it is your responsibility to ensure that the billing information we hold on file for you remains up to date for that product.
