SIM Card Sizes:
Your Mobal SIM card will be provided to you as a ‘Multi-Size’ SIM which means that you will be able to turn the SIM card into a Standard, Micro or Nano size SIM card (based on what you require for your handset).
Depending on the product you have purchased, you will receive either a multi-cut SIM (where you would push out the center of the SIM to turn it into the correct size) or you would receive a Nano SIM card and a SIM adapter set (where you would install the Nano SIM into the correct sized adapter for your device).
Please note that the method for installing a SIM card may vary depending on the specific cell phone you are using and so if you are not sure how to install the SIM card, we would recommend that you refer to your handsets user guide for more information.
If your device displays a message such as “Insert SIM”, “No SIM” or “SIM Error” for example, your SIM card may not be installed correctly. Please remove and then re-insert the SIM card to ensure it is inserted correctly (as per the instructions for your device) and then retest the connection.
If your Mobal SIM card is installed correctly but you are outside of a network coverage area / in a location with a poor signal, it would be normal to see a message such as “No service”, “Emergency Calls Only” or “No Network Coverage”.
