Please be advised that it will not be possible to temporarily suspend your service.
This means that if you submit a termination request at any point, your SIM card will be permanently disconnected and your Mobal phone number will be lost.
If you then wish to use our services again at any point in the future, you would be required to purchase a replacement SIM card and you would be assigned a new phone number.
