To view the usage rates for your specific plan, you will be required to login to your Mobal online account by visiting: www.mobal.com/myaccount
Once you have logged in to your account, please visit the “Services” section (by clicking on the button at the top of your account) and then click on the “More Information” button next to the relevant service as shown below.
On the next screen, please scroll down to the “Plan” section and click on the link next to where it says “Usage Rates”.
If you have multiple Mobal SIM cards that utilize different services however, please ensure that you check the usage rates for each specific product as the rates may vary.
Please also note that your usage reports are passed on to us with a delay and so you will be billed for your usage on a post-paid basis.
