The email above can be confusing one and we aren’t sure why PayPal send it to their customers in this way!
We have attempted to charge your PayPal account but it has been declined and so we cannot process the payment. In this case we always suggest to our customers that they log in to their PayPal account to get more information. By logging in to your PayPal account you will see that we have not taken this money from you and you will hopefully be able to see what is causing the payment to be declined.
Once you have resolved the issue, you can make payment directly through your Mobal online account or you can just wait for us to process the payment again on our next billing run.
