You can view the usage rates that apply to your service by logging in to your Mobal online account: MyAccount
Once you have logged in to your account, please click on the “More Information” button displayed to the right of the listing for your ‘Japan Unlimited’ SIM card –
You will then need to click on the link in the “Usage Rates” section as shown below –
Your usage rates will then be displayed in a new window!

Please Note: If you have multiple SIM cards (operating on alternative services), it is important that you check the rates for each SIM card as different rates may apply.
