If you intend to pay for the cost of the return yourself, you can use whichever shipping method you prefer but please be advised that you would not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.

*You will be required to pay the return fee directly to the courier and if you attempt to avoid this charge (by selecting a “Post-Paid” or “Ask Receiver To Pay” option) when returning the device, we would have to pass this fee on to you once the device has been returned.

If you would like to avoid this charge however, please ensure that you return the device to the following address via Japan Post by using one of the methods listed below.

The first option would be to call Japan Post directly on 0800-0800-111 and ask for the package to be collected from your home or office. You should then be able to arrange a preferred collection date / time for your device.

Please call the collection phone number and enter the seven-digit postal code of the area where you would like the parcel to be collected from. You will be connected to the relevant call center / post office for that location.

Please ensure that you choose the “Ask receiver to pay (PostPaid)” option so that the cost is covered.

 

Alternatively, you can take the package directly to a Japan Post location to arrange the return. A representative will then be able to provide you with a delivery slip and you can request additional packaging items while there if required.

When requesting your delivery slip, please ensure that you choose the “Ask receiver to pay (PostPaid)” option so that you receive the correct type of delivery slip.
 
 

The final option would be to take the package directly to a “Lawson”, “MiniStop” or “SeikoMart” convenience store.

A delivery slip will be provided to you free of charge but please be advised that packaging materials may not be available.
