Terms and Conditions
The “Cash Payment” option was available to customers on ongoing plans that had paid their first full plan fee via Debit/Credit Card or via PayPal.
As of January 31st 2024 however, this payment method was discontinued and is now limited to customers that are already actively using this payment method. Therefore, we are unable to accept any new applications to move on to this payment method.
If you are already using this payment method, you will receive an email every month requesting the cash payment (and your bill must be paid within 10 days of receiving the cash payment request).
Your plan fee will be charged upfront in full calendar months and you will be able to view a fully itemized statement of your charges directly from your Mobal online account: MyAccount
If you do not pay your bill within 10 days of receiving the cash payment request, payment will be deducted from the Debit/Credit card or PayPal account that we hold on file for you instead.
You must keep your Debit Card/Credit Card/PayPal account up to date in your Mobal MyAccount. Failure to keep your billing information up to date may result in the disconnection of your service.
If we do not receive a cash payment from you, we reserve the right to change the default payment method to your Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account.
If we need to reissue a cash payment request to you due to late payment, an additional fee may be applied to your bill.
