Please be advised that details of your usage are passed on to us with a delay and then billed to the payment method we hold for you on a post-paid basis.

Charges are processed from our Head Office in the UK and so it is important to let the provider of your payment method know to expect UK based charges from Mobal Communications. Please also ensure that the billing information we hold on file for you is up to date before you begin using your Mobal phone / SIM card.

Any charge billed by Mobal will appear on your payment method statement with the reference: “Mobal +12127855800” – This is not the number you dialed, it is our Customer Service number and is there to remind you who we are so you can call us with any queries.

Any charges for usage will be taken from the payment method we hold on file as and when we receive this information from the networks used. Due to delays in receiving this data from the mobile networks, your usage may be charged several weeks after the usage charges were incurred.

When you receive a charge from us, you will also be able to view a full breakdown (usually within 24 hours) through your Mobal online account (MyAccount).
