If your ‘Motorola C118’ device displays a “No Service” or an “Emergency Calls” only message, this would usually indicate that you are in a location with poor signal strength / limited network coverage.

As a further test however, we would recommend attempting to select a network manually –

1) Go to the main ‘Menu’ by pressing the center key (4 white lines).
2) Select “Settings”.
3) Select “Other Settings”.
4) Select “Network”.
5) Select “Available Networks”.
6) Wait for the phone to complete a network search.
7) Highlight one of the networks shown and press the center key (4 white lines) to select it.
8) Choose “Register Now”.
9) Once complete, please test the service again.

If this resolves the issue, please change the network search mode back to ‘Automatic’ when you travel to a new location.
