The voicemail service will be automatically enabled by default and so no additional setup should be required.
However, please be advised that your device must be connected to a local network in order to access the voicemail retrieval service.
Voicemail Retrieval
If a voicemail message has been left for you and you wish to retrieve it, please dial 121 and follow the voice prompts.
We can confirm that there will be no additional charge when a voicemail message has been left for you.
If you decide to retrieve the message however (by dialing 121), please be advised that you will be charged the standard rate for placing an outbound call to the U.K.

Deactivating Voicemail
If you would like to deactivate the voicemail service at any point, you can do so by dialing: #004#
