Additional items can be purchased directly from your Mobal online account: www.mobal.com/myaccount
You can purchase a new phone, a replacement travel adapter set or a SIM card adapter set.
Once you have logged in to your online account, please visit the “Services” section and then click on the “More Information” button next to your SIM card as shown in the image below.
On the next screen, please scroll down to the section titled “Additional Extras” and ensure that you have selected the “Upgrades & Extras” tab.
Click on the circle to the left of the item you wish to purchase to make your selection and once complete, click on the “Order” button as shown below –
