If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mobal phone/SIM card for any reason, you can take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee.
Simply send an email to our returns team within eight days of the activation of your service and tell us why you are not satisfied: returns@mobal.com
Upon receipt of your request, our returns team will then reply with more information and details of how to complete the return.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and all items that you received from Mobal must be returned (including any accessories etc) in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Please also note that the Money Back Guarantee is only valid for a maximum of 3 months from the initial purchase date.
What if my SIM card was activated over eight days ago?
The Money Back Guarantee only covers you for eight days from the point of activation and so you would no longer be able to request a refund using this option
However, this does not affect the 12 month warranty (which provides cover against manufacturing defects) and so if the SIM card or the device has developed a fault then we would still assist accordingly.
