If you wish to set up a ‘SIM Pin Lock’ on your Blu Zoey device, you will need to go to –
“Menu” > “Settings” > “Security Settings” > “SIM Security”
You will then need to turn the “PIN Lock” feature on and enter the default SIM pin number (listed on your paperwork) to activate it.
You can then select “Change Pin”, enter the default pin once again and then enter your new pin number (twice in a row to confirm).
If you set up a ‘SIM Pin Lock’ feature but forget your pin number, this can be reset using a PUK code.

If you wish to set up a ‘Phone Pin Lock’ on your Blu Zoey device, you will need to go to –
“Menu” > “Settings” > “Security Settings” > “Phone Security”
You will then need to turn the “Phone Lock” feature on and enter the default pin number (listed on your paperwork) to activate it.
You can then select “Change Password”, enter the default pin once again and then enter your new pin number (twice in a row to confirm).
Please be advised that if you set up a ‘Phone Pin Lock’ and forget your pin number, we cannot reset this for you and the device will be permanently locked.
