How to Activate / Reactivate Your Mobal WiFi Router
To activate your router, please follow these simple steps:

Log into your Mobal MyAccount: Visit www.mobal.com/myaccount

Go to “Services”.

Click the “Activate” Button: Follow the prompts on the screen to proceed.

Choose Your Plan: Select the plan you wish to use and your preferred start date.

Review and Submit: You will see a summary of your selections and any charges. Review everything carefully and then follow the prompts to submit your activation request.

Confirmation: We will send you an email confirmation once your WiFi device is active and ready to use.
Important information about plan changes!
Once your WiFi device has been activated, your Mobal online account will allow you to upgrade and downgrade between the different plans we offer: Plan Change Guide
However, please take note of the cut-off dates / restrictions mentioned below for plan changes and termination requests –
Plan changes (Upgrades and Downgrades) can only take effect from the 1st of each month. Any plan change requests received after the 20th of the month will not processed until the 1st of the following month.
If you submitted an upgrade request between the 1st and the 20th of January for example, the upgrade could take effect from the 1st of February. If the request was submitted after the 20th of January however, the upgrade would not take effect until the 1st of March.
Cancellation requests are always processed at the end of a calendar month. Any cancellation requests received after the 20th of the month will not be processed until the end of the following month.
If you submitted a cancellation request between the 1st and the 20th of January for example, the service could be terminated at the end of January. If the request was submitted after the 20th of January however, the plan would not be terminated until the end of February.
