If you’re not completely satisfied with your Mobal SIM card for any reason, you can take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee.
Simply send an email to our returns team within eight days of receipt and tell us why you are not satisfied: returns@mobal.com
Upon receipt of your request, our returns team will then reply with more information and details of how to complete the return.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and all items that you received from Mobal must be returned (including any accessories etc) in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
What if my order was received over eight days ago?
The Money Back Guarantee covers you for eight days from receipt and so you would no longer be able to return your Mobal order under this option.
However, this does not affect the 12 month warranty (which provides cover against manufacturing defects) and so if the SIM card has developed a fault then we would assist accordingly.
