Once your order has been placed, we may contact you periodically via email with additional updates.
However, the first few emails that you will receive are very important!
Order Confirmation Email
This will contain a full summary of the order for your records. It will contain an order confirmation number (which can be used as a reference if you need to contact us) and full details of the items ordered / the shipping information you provided.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us as this may indicate that your order has failed (or that you have entered your email address incorrectly). We can then investigate the issue and provide you with further assistance.
eSIM Details Email
You’ll also receive an email containing a unique link to your eSIM. This gives you access to an Admin Portal that allows you to:
- Activate your eSIM
- View the service status
- View eSIM specification (expiration date and data cap)
- See ‘quick start guide’ for more information – including how to install
the eSIM on your phone. (If you have an Android device, please make
sure you take the extra steps to set up the APN)
Be sure to keep hold of both emails in case you need them during your service.
